First of all, it is the unstable condition of the EDM drill. ① We should check whether it is caused by the poor quality of the electrode. If so, the electrode should be replaced in time; ② Check whether the workpiece and electrode are clamped reliably; ③ When machining deep holes, check whether it is caused by the fault of the electrode front end in case of normal short circuit fallback; ④ Regularly check whether the paying off wire is connected reliably; ⑤ If the front end of the electrode is not straight, change the direction of the electrode. If the center hole is not concentric with the guide, adjust the concentricity again with an adjusting mandrel; ⑥ At the same time, it is also necessary to check whether the liquid outlet of the electrode is skewed. If the liquid outlet is not straight, it will also cause unstable processing.

Then, it is the case that the machining speed of the EDM drill is low.① We need to check whether the flushing fluid is strong and smooth; ② Check whether the working pressure is normal, even if it is too high or too low, it should be adjusted to about 7MPA; ③ The key point is to check whether the parameter settings are normal.
