The use of spandex yarn adopts the principle of first-in-first-out, and do not use products whose production dates are too long on the same machine.
Batch number:When used for the same specification of fabrics, it is necessary to ensure that the same batch number of spandex yarn is used. Different batches of spandex yarns have different physical properties and should not be used together.
Temperature and humidity: the optimum use temperature of spandex yarn: 25℃±5℃ Relative humidity: 65%±5%, the spandex yarn should be placed on the production site for more than 24 hours before use.
Production time:Do not use products whose production dates are too long on the same machine.
Product draft:Using suitable draft can keep the quality and performance of the fabric more stable.
